Shipping and delivery

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders.

Are duties and taxes included?
Yes. The price you see is the final price. Import duties, VAT, and customs fees are paid by us, so you will not pay anything on delivery. If a carrier asks you for payment, please do not pay and contact us.

Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to most European countries, the United Kingdom, and the Gulf region (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain). You can find the full list in our Shipping Policy.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–10 business days after shipping.

How can I track my order?
When your order ships, we will email you a tracking link.

Sizing and products

How do I choose my size?
Please check our Size Guide before ordering. If you are between sizes or need help, contact us with your measurements.

Will the color look exactly like the photos?
We try to show colors as accurately as possible, but small differences may occur because of screen settings and lighting.

Orders and payment

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards. All payments are processed securely.

In which currency are prices shown?
Prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). If your card uses another currency, your bank will convert the amount.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at vegadresses@gmail.com. We can change or cancel your order before it ships.

Returns and refunds

Can I return my order?
Yes. You can return items within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason. See our Returns page to start a return.

Who pays for return shipping?
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we pay. For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the return shipping. We will tell you the cost and the return address before you send anything.

When will I get my refund?
We refund the full price of returned items to your original payment method within 14 days, once we receive the item or proof that you have sent it.
