We want you to love your Vega dress. If you change your mind, you can return it within 14 days — no reason needed.

1. Your 14-day right of withdrawal
You may cancel your order (withdraw from the contract) within 14 days from the day you, or a person you name, receive the item(s), without giving any reason. If your order arrives in several parcels, the 14 days start on the day you receive the last parcel.
To use this right, tell us about your decision with a clear statement before the 14 days end. You can do this in any of these ways:
- From your account: Account → Orders → select your order → Request return
- Through our Returns page: vegadresses.com/pages/returns
- By email: vegadresses@gmail.com
You may use the model withdrawal form at the end of this policy, but you are not required to. After you notify us, please send the item(s) back within 14 days.

2. Return address and instructions
Please do not send any item back before you receive our return instructions. The return address is confirmed after your request is received. Depending on your location, it may be a return point in or near your country. We will also send you any documents needed so that your return does not create customs charges for you.

3. Return shipping costs
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect item: we cover the full cost of return shipping.
- Change of mind, size, or fit: the customer pays the cost of sending the item back. Before you ship, we will tell you the return address and the expected cost, so there are no surprises.
- You will never be charged customs duties or import taxes for a return sent according to our instructions.

4. Condition of returned items
Please handle items only as you would in a shop: try them on for size, and avoid makeup, perfume, and deodorant. Keep all tags, labels, and security tags attached, and use the original packaging where possible. If an item shows signs of wear, stains, odors, alterations, or removed tags, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value, as permitted by law.

5. Refunds
We refund the full price you paid for the returned items, including the duties and taxes included in the price, to your original payment method. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may wait until we receive the item(s) back, or until you provide proof that you have sent them, whichever comes first. Your bank may need a few extra days to show the refund.
Shipping to you is free, so no delivery costs are deducted from your refund.

6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order.

7. Defective, damaged, or incorrect items
Please check your order when it arrives. If something is wrong, contact us as soon as possible at vegadresses@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights under the legal guarantee that applies in your country.

8. Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to items made to your personal specifications, such as custom-made or made-to-measure items.

9. Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits the mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
