Returns

You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order. Please read our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

How to request a return

Option 1 — From your account (recommended)
Sign in with the email address you used for your order (no password needed — we send you a login code). Go to Orders, select your order, and click Request return. Choose the item(s) and select a return reason. If you choose "Changed my mind", no further explanation is needed.

Option 2 — By email
If you cannot use your account, send an email to vegadresses@gmail.com with:

Your order number
The item(s) and size(s) you want to return
The reason for the return (for example: size/fit, changed my mind, defective, wrong item)
Photos, if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

What happens next

We review your request within 1–2 business days.
We send you the return address and instructions. The address depends on your location and may be a return point in or near your country.
You send the item back within 14 days, using the documents we provide, so that no customs charges apply to you.
We refund the full price to your original payment method within 14 days.

Important: Please do not send any item before you receive our return instructions.

Return shipping costs

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: we pay for return shipping.
Change of mind, size, or fit: the customer pays for return shipping. We will tell you the expected cost before you send anything.
